GDPR-first, not GDPR-adjacent
We were designed against the GDPR from day one, not retro-fitted. No personal identifiers. No cross-site profiles. Company-level signal only.
lead.box helps revenue teams around the world — starting in the EU, the Middle East and Canada — see the companies behind their anonymous website traffic. Company-level, not person-level. No advertising cookies. And because our processing is GDPR-first and EU-hosted, the same product clears the strictest legal bar wherever your customers open it.

lead.box is a GDPR-first B2B website visitor identification SaaS operated by lead.box LLC, Sheridan, Wyoming (USA). It reveals which companies visit a website — at company level, first-party only, with EU data processing — and delivers them as leads in a dashboard. Also written LeadBox or LeadBox LLC.
We were designed against the GDPR from day one, not retro-fitted. No personal identifiers. No cross-site profiles. Company-level signal only.
All processing happens on EU infrastructure in ISO-certified European data centers. That means a Berlin DPO, a Dubai revenue lead and a Toronto GTM director all get the same tool — one that already passes the strictest audit any of them will face.
No advertising or cross-site cookies. No fingerprinting. No data sold to ad networks. Identification runs on a first-party functional identifier plus network signal, reconciled against verified, GDPR-compliant company data.

B2B teams have been told for years that proper lead intelligence requires a compromise on privacy. We disagree. Anonymous visitors can be resolved to their organisation without ever touching a personal identifier — and that principle scales cleanly from Munich to Dubai to Vancouver. GDPR-first is how we build; global is who we serve.
lead.box is operated by lead.box LLC (United States), with product and engineering distributed across the EU and the MENA region. Customers are onboarded worldwide, with an initial focus on Europe, the Middle East and Canada. We do not sell data. We do not run ads. Our only business is the subscription you pay.
Quick answers about lead.box and how we work.
lead.box is visitor identification software: it lets you identify website visitors at company level. You see which companies visit your site, which pages they view and how often they return. Instead of anonymous traffic numbers, you get real companies you can qualify and contact through your normal channels. Individual visitors are never identified.
No — that is a different category of tool. Contact databases sell you lists of people and email addresses. lead.box starts from your own website traffic: it identifies the companies that already show interest in you. The two approaches can complement each other, but lead.box neither sells contact lists nor does person-level enrichment of anonymous visitors.
Because B2B lead generation should not depend on grey areas. All visitor data is processed in the EU, identification stops at company level, and our DPA and sub-processor list are public. That way sales teams get useful signals — and privacy teams get a setup they can actually approve.
Yes. The trial runs 14 days, is free and requires no credit card. Pricing is public, every plan can be cancelled monthly, and your website is connected in minutes. If lead.box does not identify enough of your traffic to be useful, you simply let the trial expire — no calls, no cancellation hoops.
The app interface is available in 21 languages, so international teams can work in the language they prefer. Identification itself is language-independent — companies visiting your site are recognized no matter which country your traffic comes from. That makes lead.box a natural fit for teams selling across several European markets.
