Terms of service

lead.box identifies companies behind anonymous B2B website traffic on the Customer's sites. The concrete feature set follows the plan purchased and the product description in force at the time of purchase.

The Customer is responsible for the confidentiality of its credentials and for all activity under its account.

The Customer commits to updating its own privacy policy accordingly. A ready-to-copy snippet is available on the GDPR page.

Prices for the plan selected at purchase apply. Billing is monthly in advance.

On an upgrade during a running month, the price difference is charged pro-rata for the remaining days and settled with the next invoice. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period; prepaid amounts are not refunded pro-rata.

The contract runs indefinitely and can be cancelled by the Customer at any time to the end of the current month from the account settings. The right to terminate for cause remains unaffected.

We provide the Service with industry-standard availability. Maintenance windows are announced where reasonably possible outside of usual business hours. Binding SLAs may be agreed individually.

We accept unlimited liability for intent and gross negligence and in all cases mandated by law. Otherwise, liability is limited to typical damages foreseeable at the time of contract conclusion.

Personal-data processing is governed by our privacy notice and the digitally concludable Data Processing Addendum (Art. 28 GDPR).

We may amend these terms with reasonable notice. Material changes are announced to the Customer by email to the address on file.
