§01ما هي ملفات تعريف الارتباط (الكوكيز)؟
ملفات تعريف الارتباط هي ملفات نصية صغيرة تُخزَّن على جهازكم عند زيارة موقع إلكتروني. وهي تتيح للموقع التعرّف على جهازكم وتذكّر معلومات مثل التفضيلات أو حالة تسجيل الدخول. وتشمل التقنيات المشابهة التخزين المحلي (local storage) وتخزين الجلسة (session storage) ووسوم البكسل (pixel tags).
§02فئات ملفات تعريف الارتباط التي نستخدمها
الضرورية للغاية
مطلوبة لكي تعمل الخدمة: المصادقة، وإدارة الجلسات، والأمان، وموازنة الأحمال، والحماية من هجمات CSRF. لا يمكن إيقاف تشغيلها.
الوظيفية
تتذكّر تفضيلاتكم مثل اللغة والمنطقة الزمنية والمظهر وتلميحات التهيئة الأولية التي تم إغلاقها. وقد يؤدي تعطيلها إلى تراجع جودة تجربتكم.
التحليلية
تساعدنا على فهم كيفية تفاعل الزوّار مع lead.box (مقاييس مجمّعة مجهولة الهوية) حتى نتمكّن من تحسين المنتج. لا يتم تعيينها إلا بموافقتكم.
التسويقية
بموافقتك على التسويق، نستخدم تتبع تحويلات Google Ads وعلامة LinkedIn Insight و Meta Pixel لقياس التحويلات، وبالنسبة لـ LinkedIn وفيسبوك وإنستغرام، لإعادة استهداف الزوار. بدون الموافقة، لا يتم تحميل هذه الأدوات.
§03نص التتبع البرمجي على مواقع العملاء
توفّر lead.box نصًا برمجيًا للتتبع من الطرف الأول يقوم العملاء بتثبيته على مواقعهم الإلكترونية الخاصة للتعرّف على الشركات الزائرة. وقد يقوم هذا النص البرمجي بتعيين ملف تعريف ارتباط من الطرف الأول أو باستخدام التخزين المحلي على الموقع الإلكتروني الخاص بالعميل للحفاظ على معرّف الجلسة. ويتحمّل العملاء مسؤولية الحصول على أي موافقة مطلوبة من الزوّار والإفصاح عن ذلك في إشعارات ملفات تعريف الارتباط والخصوصية الخاصة بهم.
§04إدارة تفضيلاتكم
